ABOUT

I am Jill Ballesteros-Bowman. I am originally from Los Angeles, CA. I currently reside in Augusta, GA. I have a Bachelors Degree from Paine College here in Augusta, GA. I obtained in May 2014. I begin my Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree at Argosy University- Atlanta and due to the closure I transferred to and completed my degree at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in December 2019. I am currently working on my Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in Counselor Education and Supervision at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am a certified facilitator of the Saving Your Marriage Before it Starts (SYMBIS) assessment. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in GA and DC.

I have six years of clinical experience. My services and specialties include working with female and male individuals working through experiences with Anxiety and Depression, LGTBQIA, Pre-Marital Counseling, Miltary Sexual Trauma, PTSD.

For my self care, I enjoy time with my husband, family and friends, traveling, shopping, watching Law and Order SVU, and hanging with my sorority sisters (I am a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc).
